White Wine, Reserve and Fine Selection.
Moscatel and Pedro Jiménez strains, both oenologically rich and generous in aromas and flavors. The best results for these wines are obtained from sunny lands such as those of the Choapa Valley. The careful selection of Pedro Jiménez and Moscatel grapes, allow the vineyard to produce white wines of yellow and semi-rosy structure, respectively, fruity that give a final freshness in the mouth. Their recommended pairing are white meats, seafood and cheeses. They should be served at a temperature between 12º and 14º C.
Malbec Red Wine.
Warm, soft wine with nice sweet tannins. With fruity aromas during his youth that evolve with aromas of cinnamon and hints of vanilla. A wine with great body, structure and depth. Plum is one of the characteristics of this Malbec.
